DL Questions

Hello,

I'm not sure if this thread is very active but I had a couple of questions regarding the Disabled List.

It appears that the Minor Leagues only have a 7 day disabled list. Is this an accurate representation of the real world Minor Leagues or is there I setting I need to adjust? (So far my ML club has not had any injuries).

Also, what happens if a player comes off the DL but still has injury time left? (In some cases significant time left. (i.e. 3 months))

I purchased this game awhile ago and I'm just now finding the time to learn it. If I can get a handle on everything I will most likely purchase OOTP 17 to run my world.

Thanks in advance for the help.

My minor leagues use 10 but it isn't a big deal. A shorter DL time helps with roster management. For example in MLB a 7-9 day injury in a 15-day DL is a tough call for a catcher, a position you always need a backup for.

Nothing. He really doesn't come off the DL. The defined time he must be on the DL runs out. That means he can be reinstated to a roster as soon as he is healthy.
