1903 MLB Historical Replay Project Complete!

I have just finished my 1903 MLB historical replay all-in-one installer and now I just need to upload it somewhere. I was thinking OOTP download center. What's the procedure, do I just e-mail the file to Joe? It's about 6.5 megabytes zipped. Anyway, here's what my file contains:

1. 1903 MLB Players imported from Lahman, then severely edited by myself.
Edited stats are: Range, Arm, Speed, Steal, Running Instinct, Catcher Passed Ball rating, Fielding Percentages, Nicknames, Hometowns.
2. Almanac lists AL and NL records up to 1902.
3. All known existing player pics included.
4. Stadium pics included (Henry's mainly, not the actual stadium for all. I picked ones that I thought best resembled the city and team for that time period.)
5. Imported stadium characteristics and weather.
6. 1903 Schedule imported.
7. Transaction and Injury timeline included (text file).
8. Historical team logos included.
9. Team managers names added.
10. All league setup settings optimized for immediate play.

I will post here as soon as my file is ready for download somewhere. If you haven't heard of my project, here is the original thread I posted about it:

Next project, same idea, but for the year 1904. This one should go faster now that I have the process and formulas down.

Most the time just emailing works fine but 6.5 MB may be a bit big for email. You can try if you want: JoeRockEHF@comcast.net.

A website some people have used for some larger files to send to me in the past is YouSendIt . That's worked out pretty good. However you want to do it, I'll be more than happy to post it up at the Download Center though.

Thanks alot Joe! One thing I wanted to mention to everyone was to be sure to view the readme file for installation instructions. It's pretty basic, the big thing to remember is that you have to convert the stadium pics from Jpeg to bmp format. I made them jpegs to cut down on the file size. I hope everyone enjoys the 1903 season. If you try it out, please let me know what you think of it, one way or the other.

OK, I found something that I forgot to do for the 1903 pack. I forgot to assign each team to their correct ballpark. When I get a chance I'll send Joe an updated version. Also, I won't make the same mistake for my 1904 release. Meanwhile, it's a pretty easy fix that you can do yourself before you start a season. Let me know if anyone has any questions about how to do it.

Tigerfan, thanks very much! It bothers me having missing photos, therefore I really appreciate getting the missing ones from you. I appreciate you contributing them as you have time. The nice thing about attaching them to this thread is that other people can download them too, until I get a version 2 released, which I will do at some point. I am also considering recalculating everyone's range based on range factor, as opposed to the formula I use now. The formula I used for version 1 gives every player on 1 team the same range.

Anyway, thanks again for both the positive feedback and the photos!

p.s: FYI for everyone who downloads the pic of the missing Boston Americans player, that's Bill Dineen, a starting pitcher.

I am working on a version 2.0 1903 MLB Historical Replay. Changes to version 2 will include:
1. Range of players will now be determined by Range Factor.
2. Missing/Improved player photos will be added.
3. Actual photos of some ballparks will be added. (West End Grounds and Hilltop Park for now)
4. Teams will be assigned to correct home ballparks.
