okay well when you look at the stats it gives you the 2004 stats for some players which for the ones it does they are incorrect, but their career stats are all correct from the few I checked..

Halo -- when you get back from vacation get ahold of me if you need to get rid of the "fake" stats for 2004 on the roster screen, figured out a workaround to give you just all 0s everywhere instead of the fake #s today when I was working on my file.

None of the stats are correct. It says Beltran only hit 25, but he hit 39 or something. It says Johan Santana went 11-15. I want to make sure I'm downloading it from the same spot as you guys. I downloaded it from www.simleaguecntral.com. Is that where you are downloading the roster file from??

Didn't Halofan also say that there was a version of his roster set where it starts in the off-season so u can actually do a real FA period? I have yet to figure out how to make it so it starts in the offseason. If you have any ideas or know where I can find the other one that would be great.

I believe the way he was able to get to 2005 was to sim 2004 and then change the career stats (Halofan, correct me if I'm wrong). You can't change the splits or season stats though. Pierre didn't include that in his utilities as he did in the past. The stats are somewhat minor as they will be overwritten when you complete 2005. Only the career stats will remain.

yes i simmed the 2004 season and corrected the stats. there is going to be a set for FA but i havent put it up yet, im actually hoping to get it up tonight before i take off
as for bucky jacobsen, there is no way you can prove he is over rated. he is a 4 star player when you put in the stats but i had to adjust those ratings and he still came out a 2.5 star player and i would love for you to look his stats up and you will see

I hope the roster set you are hoping to put out to night has the start date as of tomorrow 12-24-04 that means from 12-24-04 to opening day no games will be scheduled and don't forget that from 3-30 to 4-30 no games can be scheduled because we don't have Spring Trianing games yet
You can sim day by day after the World Series ends only intill the end of December and can't sim week or month. I have so far some moves happen like players or pitchers being called up or being sent down to another Farm/MLB team and put on Waviers but no trades or free agent signees yet They should be an option under sim for sim offseason! |

im not going to be exact on this, if you want to have a set like that, you can download the end of season oster set and just sim the days that way, i dont have all kinds of time to sim a day at a time up until the current day so if that is wanted, use the idea i just gave

So, your are saying the FA set wont start at FA? If it doesn't start at FA then you can still get all the good people pretty much because they only sign 1 year contracts when u get them out of the FA pool.

Klew-the "hot stove roster set will start at the beginning of FA in the game (at the start of the 30 day FA period)
adam-as for those minor league teams missing, those are teams that have changed cities and i dont have all of them yet. I do know that Arizona is not in el paso anymore as that team was sold to the Cardinals and they have taken over that team and moved it to Missouri. most of the ones you named are no longer teams for those major league teams
