1897 Fictional League- two more questions

I still have two questions regarding my 1897 fictional league.
I'm nearly all done but two questions remain.

1. Which stadiums do I use ?

2. Is there a skin which I could include in the league file ? I remember seeing one, with an old US map in the background ?

Any ideas ?

1. Ok I'll use the 1901 - 1930 ballparks now.

2. I know there is that skin somewhere out there. I remember somebody did it fo his own league and it was old looking and had a map of the US in it. Nobody knows where it is ???

Could be wrong, but nmleague has done some skins with an old-fashioned look...maybe check with him or Henry.
