In-game Player Stats

I never realized how much I enjoyed having career and situational stats on the pitcher and hitter when playing out a game until I don't have the same information in 19. Is there a setting I can change so that I can get that level of information back on the pitcher and hitter when playing out the game?

try clicking on the + at the top right of the batter's info card. It expands the window to show more info including history v pitcher, etc.

Also, make sure the game setup is for detailed stats to be kept. Takes more memory but I enjoy nerding out on the info.

I have been very slow to reply but I appreciate the suggestions.

I verified that the stats are set to high in the game settings. In fact they are at very high. And I have looked but I don't see the icon in the corner of the player card.

I play out every game and in OOTP18 the team and player information would appear down in the bottom corners of the game field, where the 3D guys would play out the game. It contained a mini box score on what all players have done during that game. For the batter and the pitcher it showed their season to date information, prior season, situational stats depending on the situation and their career numbers as well.

I didn't realize how much I enjoyed that until it isn't there for me currently.

It may be a widget issue or setting that I have not come across. I can't imagine the developers would have stepped back on the displayed information, so I suspect it must be something I need to do. Despite that, I would have expected my prior version display elections would have carried over. Honestly I don't remember selecting that in 18 so I wonder if it is a development change. If it is, I would like to request a return to that display version.

I figured it out for the most part. Using classic 3D mode I get the player stats I was interested in. The batting order still doesn't show game activity as an in-game box score. I would like to get that fixed.
