Flags and Nations
Prior to the data loss I had posted some links to several flag sites. Shane had also posted a lot of images in a Nations thread. The flag sites can all be found on my library's Website and there are links to a number of sites that are springboards to various coutries and nations. See
http://faculty.ccc.edu/colleges/dale.../area/area.htm Among the flag sites (FOTW) Flags of the World offers 28,000 pages about flags and view more than 52,000 images of flags. Likde the stadiums of the world it is an easy place to get lost in, and it sometimes loads slowly. Bear Last edited by bear; 10-03-2005 at 11:20 PM. |

Thanks Bear, but how do you get them into the game?

You can add new nations by using the nations tab in TB2. Any images must placed in their respective files and use the file naming conventions. A new flag would follow the form flag_country.bmp or .jpg or .gif depending on the image file extension. I understand that any flag images will automatically be sized correctly by the game. The new glar image would have to then be place in the image file for flags.

I believe this is the correct flag for Laos. I'm not sure what that thing is that was loaded with the game.

Ogoni
The Ogoni people are one of the many indigenous peoples in the Niger Delta region of southeast Nigeria. They number about a half million people and live in a 404-square mile homeland which they also refer to as Ogoni, or Ogoniland. |

Kurdistan
Kurdistan (literally meaning "the land of Kurds")[1] is the name of a geographic region and a cultural region in Middle East inhabited predominantly by Kurds. It is not an independent state. |

Thanks Rom - I actually use all three of those in my stiff fighter ranks along with Mari El, Principality of Sealand, and other odd balls.
I am an admittedly strange duck.
