New Standard Game

I have one standard game going going, I recently started a custom online game. When I try to start another new standard game nothing happens when I click "OK", it is like I am locked out of starting a new game

Does it still do that when you exit and re-start the game? I've had that happen to me a few times and the restart fixes it; I'm not sure of the cause and I've never been able to replicate it deliberately.
