UI issues on Steam

I just downloaded the game on my PC and the UI is off as shown in the image above.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice. I noticed the second time the d/l size was 166mb which seems really low.

Any ideas?

Yeah, I can't see it even if I go directly to the URL. But 166 MB is definitely too small for the download, so it sounds like that got interrupted or broken at some point. If you go to FHM5 in your Steam library, right-click on properties, and then select Local Files and "Verify Integrity of Game Files..." that should check the installation and re-download and fix whatever's missing.
