Force Start/Use at Position?

I was wondering if anyone has used the "force start or use at position" I was wondering if the option still gave the players the days off like it says in the depth chart, or if it started the player everyday.

I use it with minor leaguers and it appears to work as intended. I don't watch it so closely to see if the days off are exactly what's set in the depth chart, but they definitely get days off.
