Hurricane Alberto Rips Through Caribbean
June 21, 1965
Havana--The nation of Cuba is hunkering down for a direct hit from category 2 storm Hurricane Alberto. The entire baseball world can only watch and hope for the best. Alberto has a well-defined center of circulation with maximum sustained winds nearing 110 mph and wind gusts up to 130 mph. After barreling through Jamaica last night the storm is expected to reorganize over the warm waters of the Caribbean and make landfall 60 miles southeast of Havana sometime this morning as it treks north-northwest over Cuba. Forecasters expect slight weakening of Alberto as the outer bands of the storm pass over the rugged mountainous terrain of Cuba. The government of Cuba has issued a state-of-emergency and has ordered a mandatory curfew for 48 hours after the storm so that emergency crews can respond to the damage. Havana is expected to face the brunt of the storm with the eye forecast to pass 30 miles east of downtown. Both games today and tomorrow between the Havana Santos (31-38) and the Tampa Bay Pirates (41-29) at Estadio Nacionale de Cuba have been cancelled as both teams will take shelter from the storm. The PBA has scheduled back-to-back double headers on August 3rd and August 4th. The teams will play four games in two days. Analysts are scratching their heads over the rescheduling since both teams have an off day before and after the series. It is expected that both the Havana front office and Tampa front office will appeal the schedule to the Commissoner's office. In the meantime, baseball must be set aside as we focus our thoughts and prayers on the people of Cuba.

I think it's pretty cool to have back-to-back doubleheaders but I'm thinking about rescheduling it to a 4-game series.
What would you do?

Wouldn't mess with it for it has been done in the real world before 2 days in a row double headers.... I remember one season there were 6 doubleheaders in 2 weeks for one team.

My concern is how the AI will handle starting pitching.
