Hall of Fame Induction?

In the setup screen it shows settings to change requirements but what is the difference between the choices in "Induction Type"? Automatic is pretty self explanatory but what does the Committee option mean?

Automatic always uses the set criteria (X number of requirements met in the list of possible statistical qualifiers), committee just adds some variability to that by using less-strict qualifiers but not guaranteering induction if they're all met - there's an internal list of nominees generated and then randomized "voting" that determines which of them goes in. I'd like to add a more elaborate system like Matt did for the OOTP HofF, but HHOF procedure is a lot less public than the BBHOF. I wish they'd change that, the baseball voting is a great promotional tool and adds a lot of transparency to the process, where the HHOF system invites suspicion that its an old boys' club.
