Finance Question
Quick Question... In one of my leagues, my extension money does not seem to match what the payroll is. The player salary report is below and states I will be paying out 47M next year.
Team Salary On the finance page tho, it states I only have 4,418,728 available for extensions. My current budget is 65M tho, so shouldn't I have more available for extensions? |

These are the formulas:
FAs = (Current Budget + Cash) - (Expenses to Date + Expenses to Incur + Contract Offers) Extensions = (Current Budget) - (Staff Payroll + Scouting Budget + Next Year Projected Payroll) Sounds like your staff payroll and scouting budget are substantial. EDIT: Oh wait. I think I remember the formulas were tweaked in one of the patches. I'll take a closer look.. EDIT2: Yeah, now it looks like it is: Extensions = (Current Budget + Starting Balance) - (Staff Payroll + Scouting Budget + Next Year Projected Payroll) Why it would be "starting balance" instead of cash I don't know. Current cash really should be listed for various reasons. And since it looks like your "starting balance" is probably bad (does it use that "projected balance"?), it probably does work out correctly. If it still doesn't, post a screenshot of your finances screen and that should tell the story. |
