Game is crashing and won't load.`

I opened the beta game version earlier this morning while on my graveyard shift between 12-5amPST. As of 8:27PST Time the game will not load and is stuck on the OOTO@20 Screen .

Wondering what next steps to take. I was also a Pre-Buy user.
Do I need to uni stall and install again?

Same issue for me as well. Was working fine last night. Not sure what happened between then and now.

Can you guys run the game with tracemode turned on and post/send me a copy of the trace?

To generate that on a Windows PC, do the following:

If you're on Steam, right-click on your game in the Steam library, then Properties, and on the General menu click on 'Set Launch Options' and enter the word "tracemode" (without quotes.).

If you have the standalone, right-click on the OOTP20 shortcut on your desktop, click on properties and add 'tracemode' to the command line

Then try to start the game again. Get it to crash.

After it does so, navigate to the following folder: Documents\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 20\debug

Find the trace file there and post. That should have some data that will hopefully help us figure out why the game is hanging.

I'm having the same problems on my Mac. It just flashed a black screen and then I get a message saying it crashed.

If you're on an older Mac, please make sure you've downloaded and installed the latest patch ,which you can find here. The initial beta offering had some issues with running into outdated file libraries on Mac osX 10.11 or earlier.
