Historic, 1971 start
The teams I could join included the Pittsburgh Pirates.

What startup options did you use for the game? I'm trying to replicate that, but it's not happening with any combination I try. And did you start it immediately after opening the game, or after returning to the start screen from another game?

Jeff,
thanks for quick response. I tried to recreate this evening and was not successful. I will attempt some sequences and let you know if it happens again. Your attention is much appreciated. Cheers. |

The weird part to me about that picture is not only are the Pirates in there, but so were the Montreal Maroons and Wanderers, even the Quebec Bulldogs. Those are all teams from the 1910s, 20s, and 30s era. Wonder if that was just a glitch then.

It's all the defunct NHL teams as of that point. It looks like the team dropdown from a historical game started in 1917, but it's somehow showing up in team selection at the start of a game.
