Is it possible your pic is player_7.jpg.png instead of player_7.jpg? Check the Image Information in Paint Shop Pro.

I will look into this when I get home...This could have happened when I used Irfanview to change the pics over I imagine. If it did happen, how would I go about fixing the problem? Damn, I wish I was more computer capable! Here is another idea I had to test this problem: is there a roster file or quickstart that has the photos already in it? I could download it and test it out.

Well, here is what happened: in my images file, all of my players were physically (or literally) named player_1.jpg. This, in effect, meant that they were named player_1.jpg.png to the computer. I ran the batch conversion and reanamed them just player_# and voila! PHOTOS!!! Sorry I am such an idiot, but I felt like I was doing everything right. I was converting usable files and adding the extra file name...And for that I blush. Thanks so much endgame for your concern, and if I learned anything from this experience, I learned it from you: Never give up, no matter how impossible the odds seem. And thanks to kevienbeister for pointing me around that final curve. It was truly exhilerating.
