I'd put one up for such reasonable rate, but Steam seems to have died right now and I can't get in on the laptop. Stuck playing Civ on the PC (I have it so bad… )

Well, I was already in Civ when Steam threw all four paws up.

Still makes me long back to the times where I had Game X on disc and could insert that at any point.

I sound way older than I am.

I'm a handful of cards away from completing the A's set. But the cards left are so rare and so expensive that it'll be a while before it's done. In the meantime, I just wanted to highlight Charles Bender, who is one of the SE rewards for the Philly A's.

Like a lot of SE cards he's tremendously undervalued in the AH, as people want to cash in on their collecting. Given his relative value I probably won't sell him. Been using him as a stopper in the bullpen to great effect. He picked up reliever of the year last season, appearing in a whopping 88 games. My AI manager relies on him heavily. So far this season he hasn't given up a home run, a walk, or a run yet (in a small sample).

finally found a hesketh to finish the expos mission at 9K. When I was first starting to do these a couple weeks ago I saw several at 6K-7K but there hasn't been one in a week so I'm not gonna keep waiting just for a few thousand points.

Pulled a 93 kluber in the diamond pack which I haven't seen in ages along with the 94 jose ramirez (very fortunate to have sniped my own ramirez for pennies before the last 7 updated). Put it up for 60,000 and it was gone in like 20 minutes.

Closing in on the complete Braves collection for 100 John Smoltz...

If anyone is willing to post either a 91 All-Star Hank Aaron or a 96 Rookie Sensation Dusty Baker for something significantly less than 100K, I'd be interested. Whoever is keeping the 96 Dusty Baker up for 100K is definitely not getting my business.

Also, if anyone has a spare 75 Rookie Sensation Jim Turner (Boston Braves) and/or 81 Rookie Sensation Joey Jay (Milwaukee Braves), I'd take either one off your hands for double the last 7-day price.

Saw the first 80 Dave Henderson this morning in like two weeks. Definitely not paying 20K though lol. With the last 7 still at 1700 there will be a cheap one soon

Rare cards like that seem to come available in bunches. I'll often be refreshing for a week for two or three cards and then all of them show up fresh within an hour. I wonder if somehow the pack algorithm adjusts for stuff that hasn't been pulled in a while

What is his stuff rating as a reliever?

I agree that he is undervalued. The last 7 is 46K, and he is comparable to cards in the 60-70K range.

Grabbed 95 Joost for 32K. Not great, not terrible. The other options were 96 Grove and 96 Foxx which are always 30K+ anyway and the last 7 on Joost had creeped up to 30K so there weren't going to be any sniping deals. Two cards left including the 80 Henderson.

I have at least one Dave Henderson. Is it just the Bash Brothers mission he's a part of? If so, I won't be achieving that any time soon.

I probably also have a bunch of other gold and below mission cards that I don't know about.

I'm a general collector so I don't mind getting rid of it but will only do so at a good price.

As far as I know yes. I'm looking for 80 Henderson, 80 Sizemore, and 84 Loretta. Don't think any of them are part of other missions but somehow those guys haven't shown up for me while other golds in those collections have 5 copies at 2K. Weird.

I sold a Henderson for like 2000 the first day the A's collection came out. Had it up with no BIN for 24 Hours and nobody was itching to get it.
