he is what we have come up with it does need a bit of ploishing but not a bad effort.

I'll have to make a more generic version for the purpose of this discussion & I think i moved some things that could go here to other portions of our full constitution so those need to be added back, but a decent base to move past the vomit stage


Preamble

We, the owners of Corporate League Baseball (CLB), hold this truth to be self-evident. Out of the Park Baseball is more than a game, it is a hobby, online leagues are an important aspect of the hobby experience and these leagues should be a relaxing, competitive, friendly and fun community experience. Corporate League Baseball was created to honor these truth.

Article 1

The CLB Chairman (jazzrack) has the right & responsibility to operate the league in the best interest of the CLB community, that includes, but not limited to:

-uphold constitution while being dedicated to continual improvement
-maintain a civil community
-maintain open communication with league stakeholders
-maintain a website
-keep the league file and team exports infrastructure in working order
-maintain the sim schedule (as possible)
-be open to constructive criticism
-recruit compatible owners

Article 2

CLB franchise owners have the rights & responsibility to participate in the league in the best interest of the CLB community, this includes but not necessarily limited to:

-uphold constitution while being dedicated to continual improvement
-help maintain a civil community
-manage the franchise to the best of your ability
-participate in league functions as often as possible
-communicate - participate in league discussions, constructively express concerns, respond to trades and other league communications.
-add value as time and skillset allow
-if you desire to leave a league, inform the chairman or community.
-Owners who are not heard from for an excessive period of time (one month in real time) may be relieved of their duties to their organization. If you have a reason from being inactive, such as a vacation, please post a message on the league forum &/or calendar letting the community know.
