Live Start Date Errors

I made a new league with a live start date for today (October 3) to create a league with end-of-season results. It has teams still lined up to play their final game(s) of the season, along with overloaded 40-man rosters. For example, I have some spring training invitees currently slated to play, though the system knows that they must be removed, at least.

Any way this can be remedied so the WC wins are in the system and the final standings are set? For further context, I imported a template, but it was created long after spring training ended. Part of the problem seems to be that all in-season injuries are erased and the 40-man roster has activated players still on the 60-day IL, so that current players on the rosters are not on their team's 40-man.

It also crashed after the World Series.

It has Cardinals in third place and season still going on when the Cardinals are playing the Braves today and Dodgers/Nats to. Also has guys on the DL at O when should be on Active Roster and SP gets messed up.
