Card Sync Error

Hello,

since three days i'm getting the Card sync error nearly every time when i try to Login with my perfect Team account. I cant Login during the day, only at 23 o 'Clock in the evening i can log in ( i'm Living in Frankfurt, Germany, different time Zone.) Sometimes i can't even connect to the Server. i don't think my Internet Connections is the Problem because i can stream movies or Play online Computer games without any Problems. So any solution for this Problem? i don't think ist the Firewall neither.

I had the same issue for a couple of hours on Thursday evening (US Eastern Time), but had no issues later last night or this morning.

One solution is to quick-sell duplicate cards. The less cards you have, the faster the syncing.

Ok thank you i will try..but i don't think that i have that many duplicate Cards. The strange thing is, it's starting every day around the same time. I had no Problems until 8 Minutes ago and now again it's not possible to log in.

I have the same issue and it also occurs at the same daytimes. Maybe at the times the server traffic is too high. I'll try it with the selling of the duplicated cards, too.

Same problem here.

Or it cant even connect ("Could not connect! Please check your internet connection and restart OOTP")

Cant login for the last 2-3 hours.

My internet connection is fine.

Guess youre right. Just tested it with a canadian vpn - and it connects.

Perhaps the common traffic in germany is that high in these times. My Problems start at 16 o clock and finish about 23 o clock.

Well, i can login now.

But all my gold- and silver-players have been deactivated for whatever reason and cant be activated to the active roster for 14 Games

2 weeks Ive been getting the same thing - mostly with PT20 accounts - early In the mornings I can connect

I was fine for most of the week and now it's been constantly happening the past hour or two. It's only on my team with the most cards, but my others are really slow to respond to things like signing up for tournaments too.

Haven't had the issue the last two days.
It's reasonable if it's an location problem, due to the fact of the political disinterest in digitalisation in Germany.
Makes sense to me.

I sold all my duplicated cards, too an just deactivated almost all cards up to a value of 65. Maybe it works. Maybe i have to deactivate even more.

So for the past three hours I have been unable to log on to any of my teams... same issue with card sync issue. I am now 0/20 on tries.

None of my teams have more than a couple duplicate players. Whenever I get 'em I sell 'em. My teams actually have no more than 300 players total on each.

It's getting worse. Now i can't even log in at 11 o 'Clock. This is getting really annoying if you're literally not able to play the game you paid for.

I actually had the same issue in my home the past 24 hours. It has nothing to do with our servers or backend, it's the internet in general. I tried everything, rebooting the router, changing the DNS and so on. Netflix etc worked fine, but other things did not, like TeamViewer or logging into PT. Friends a couple of miles away were able to log into my account without issues. I was able to log in without issues when using my iPhone as a hotspot. So, the issue was somewhere in a network node God knows where. It's just during these wild times the internet behaves erratic in some cases. .... This morning I was able to log in fine again. So the only thing I can suggest is using a VPN when this issue happens, it has nothing to do with OOTP.
