- Fixed coach relationship/development mismatch in lists
- Fixed several coach filters
- Fixed in-game logic for double-switch/when you cannot replace your pitcher
- Fixed broken cameras from 21.0.29
- Many other changes and bug fixes

21.0.29
- Association drafts with historical debug will properly count the total teams in the draft. Fix some issues with association shared drafts
- Can now edit scouting request order. Fixed scouting accuracy on international amateur FA
- Tweaked camera follow
- Fixed crash in PT when settings players as PH or PR
- Split PT and regular views/filters, to prevent each from interfering with saved views (delete data/tables folder for full fix)
- Fix scouting accuracy filter
- HR Horn triggers on all home HR
- Fixed import issue for some larger OOTP20 leagues
- Fixed roster AI: injured minor league players placed in AAA, players immediately being waived after signing
- Fixed some crashes related to the HR Challenge failing to find participants
- Many other changes and bug fixes

OOTP 21
- Improved save game space requirements
- Filters and Lists:
*Improved selection menu of which columns to display
*Ability to reorder columns in player lists
*Improved column filters - nearly all columns are filterable, improved interface to add/edit/remove filters
*Many more columns available for display or filter: Shortlists, draft history/information, roster status, rule5 status, and more
- Prospects:
*Redesigned player progression through HS/College.
*Custom option for how many rounds to sign players for
*Improved draft page: Future draft classes, mock draft, sortable draft history, more information
*Prospect Lists publish 3 times a year (start of season, mid-season, end of season)
*View all players from a league's international complex in a single player list
- Scouting Overhaul:
*No longer fixed reports every X months, now scouting reports will come organically
*The more reports, and the more recent report, the more accuracy you get in the report
*Can assign needs to your scouting staff, so that players that match a criteria will be scouted more often
*Improved player scouting page, now fully customizable to determine what to display
- Power/Stuff ratings can now exceed 255 internally
- In-Game Updates
*New Camera modes: can have a cam follow the ball during the play, and choose different camera angles for pre-pitch, during the pitch, and during the action
*Redesigned in-game sound, new audio clips, more sound options
*Can customize sounds by ballpark (add a folder with the ballpark name in the data/sounds folder to override the default)
- Expansion:
*New wizard to specify more options when expanding league.
*League Evolution will prompt you to choose options for expansion if you wish.

- Stats on player pages are now customizable
- Added click to swap functionality to game lineup screen
- New player stats: K%, BB%, K%-BB% (for pitchers)
- New MLB rules: separate IL lengths for batters and pitchers, new roster size rules, 3 batter minimum
- Adjusted effect of catcher framing
- More strategy options for players: Max BF, more control over resting players
- Tournaments that select teams automatically will now better limit to the tournament's region if set
- Improved in-game statistical output: ball landing locations, infield hits, defense
- Increased penalty for tired or very tired players
- Added KBO Ladder-style playoff format
- Separated draft logs - now different draft logs for rule 5, rookie, expansion, inaugural/fantasy, and FA drafts
- Added "Auto-Calculate Park Factors" based on dimensions & location for ballparks
- Many more changes

Perfect Team
- PT: players can't play at positions that they cannot gain a rating at
- PT: starters no longer receive stuff boost when moved to the bullpen (todo)
- Adjusted strikeout rates to cut down extremes
- Many more changes

THE PT TEAM changes could/should be huge & great for the game as far as competition is concerned. I may consider playing PT 21 now

Sorry I realized the note about SP was an older version. Have corrected above (they do get the stuff boost, but also have a fatigue penalty). Obviously all that is not counting the many many many changes posted about in the PT forums.

Install the DMG as usual over your previous installation.

First timer here, so I apologize for the dumb question.
I am downloading the link from the OP now. Will I have to do this again tomorrow when the game comes out for all?

Better word would have been to re-enter license (not reset). I was worried that I was using/losing another license key - but that does not appear to be the case.

New beta:
Library --> Containers --> com.ootpdevelopments.ootp21macqlm --> Data --> Library --> Application Support --> OOTP Developments

The previous beta was

Library --> Containers --> com.ootpdevelopments.ootp21 --> Data --> Library --> Application Support --> OOTP Developments

Where do you find that. I think it would help some of us who can’t find it

to find the new, just click on settings on the main menu, then troubleshooting and click the button that says open customizable game folder.

to find the older beta folder, you'd have to go through the finder app. Make sure you hold down the option button when clicking go in the menu bar... then just follow those location arrows in previous post.

Just getting saved_games.txt file. Nothing happens I mean worst thing tomorrow wouldn’t be starting over, but it’s frustrating because I put three days into my league and I hate starting over this early

You can go to finder and then click on Go from the menu while holding down the option key...this will show you "Library" in the menu. Click on that and follow the path posted above.

Follow the previous beta path to get to your saved game from before.

I found it but I think it’s a loss because I reentered my license. Oh well

It should not effect your saved game, just move it to the new folder. There are certain settings that are lost though. For example, the way you configure team home page...most frustrating for me.

First year not on steam.

Is there a way to update the game from within the game or do I have to come here to download it for each update?

Same happened to me with my install of the recent beta version. I was prompted to re-enter my license key. Thanks Andreas for checking this out.

Yes, each time there is a new version, you download from here and copy over the older version on your computer.
