Game constantly putting pitchers on the roster

On all 3 of my teams I play 12 pitchers and 14 position players. The game is putting pitchers in the roster and line up. Once there the only way to remove the pitcher is to deactivate the player. When I did that he was replaced with another pitcher.

On one team I let the AI make all the line ups and didn't check who was playing. The AI used one of my starting pitchers as the starting first basemen and replaced him in the rotation with a relief pitcher.

I have gone into the player strategy and forced the position to SP or RP depending on the player ratings. They pitchers still show up in the roster but are colored red, unavailable.

Right click the pitcher and open their game strategy page. On the right hand side under "Pitching Stragegy Setttings for..." all the way at the bottom there will be a check box for whether or not to use them as a two-way player. Just deselect it and you're good.

The AI loves to set a couple guys as two-way players for some reason.

I'm not seeing any check box for two-way player in the player strategy screen.

I have the same issue. I have two relievers (Karinchak and Littell) whom the game has designated as two-way players without my consent or counsel, and who do not have a checkbox in Player Strategy for me to override it.

I joined an Open tournament and imported my PT roster. When checking Wander Suero's player strategy the two-way check displayed and was checked. Removed the check and he dropped off the line up screen. Checked my other teams in the tournaments and all the pitchers in the line up screen showed the two-way check box.

Went into PT and checked his player strategy and two-way check box was still missing.
