Salary Question
My 2nd question in learning how to play FHM, my league's salary cap is around 81,000. I was way above that total and #1 in the league in payroll so I made some adjustments. But when I got around 6 million above the cap, I was 8th in payroll but I still couldn't start my team cause I was above the cap. So I kept working on that and I got my salary to around 81k but that puts me in 18th in league's payroll. How can those people have above the cap once the season starts? I'm on opening day right now but I had to release enough people to make 81k and now I'm 18th in payroll.

Cap and payroll are two different things. Payroll accounts for all contracted players, Cap accounts for players within the organization at the time. If you have way more players in your organization than you need, they need to be sent somewhere else (farm team, junior, etc) to have their salary be subtracted from the cap hit.
