Philosophical questions
Some attribute/tactics questions for anyone:
1) Would playing forwards high on the breakout after setting wingers low in your own end mean passes would go errant cause the guy wouldn't be getting to the position fast enough or would the combo still work in that it might help your guys out of their own end quicker? 2) I’m assuming agility is important for a defenseman because it would seem to take into account skating backwards (respond to an opponents evasion according to the manual) or would speed also include skating backwards? 3) Let’s say you have two wingers who are good in their own end and a center who isn’t. Setting Wingers Down Low as a tactic would seem to play to your strengths but the description says it reduces team from getting into position to shoot from the wings. Wouldn’t that mean they would pass the puck to the middle and shoot from there? Seems definitely what I wouldn’t want. |

Regarding the 3 I guess that it simply means that wingers will play deeper in the defensive zone, allowing less space closer to the net perhaps on the flanks, rather than what were you saying.
