Okay, then maybe if you adjust the spacing, it might look better for the first one? Just curious. Thanks again for all your help. I can't wait to create a dynasty reports thread that shows all these items off easily enough, every so often, as soon as possible, Eugene. CD out.

First post updated again, folks. Thank you for all your help. It is much appreciated, and won't be forgotten. If you want, I can try and create/modify game-generated fictional players for you in your chosen league later on, I think, as a way to give back to you for all your help. Please let me know if you'd like that done, if at all possible. CD out.

Some new uniforms for the Denver Saga-Makers
Some new uniforms for the Denver Saga-Makers. Font used is Smorgasbord NF, because Abaddon wouldn't look right with these uniforms, for the ones with text. Hope you like them, folks. Thanks for all the help you've provided so far in this thread, too. Feel free to comment on these as you like, of course. CD out.

In my opinion, you need to lighten up the Jersey colors for the Saga Makers and Denver... the lettering does not show up clearly.
Try a light tan solid color on the Jersey itself... the pinstripes are too dark, too... lighten them up, too... or try a solid jersey. Last edited by Eugene Church; 03-18-2020 at 11:58 AM. |

Here is another set of primary and secondary logos for the Philadelphia Chroniclers.
I used a lighter blue background... I think this will show up better in the game than the dark blue background. You can see the red ribbon better. I personally like this set better. You do not need to use them if you don't like them... the colors match your jerseys. Last edited by Eugene Church; 03-18-2020 at 02:30 PM. |

Thank you so much for these new things, EC. They should be quite useful at some point, I think.
As far as your comments about the new potential uniforms for Denver, I'll think about your suggestions here, and go from there, as the need and/or desire arises. I thank you for your input regarding them. By the way, which ones did you like the best of the new uniforms and caps, if I might ask? Just curious, that's all. CD out.

The other three jerseys looked good with the Viking images and DSM lettering. You could improve all of them with a lighter color for the jerseys... the lettering would then show up better in the game. Last edited by Eugene Church; 03-18-2020 at 02:39 PM. |

Some of the caps look fine when you used the Black, Reddish Brown (Rust) and Orangish Brown colors.
The last two are the best... the first three I did not like because you used gray.. I don't like the texture (material look) of the caps on the first two caps... the texture on the last three looked fine... the gray color should not be used... just use the Black, Reddish Brown and Orangish Brown colors on the caps. Anything that looks gray at times for various items could be because of shading, shadows, or textures available with Justafan's or EriqJaffe's software, unless the color is actually gray or a similar color without the above, most likely. I suppose that's how many of the designers get their items to look certain ways, in truth. But of course I could be wrong about that, you know. CD out.

As far as the colors I used for Denver and the Saga-Makers, I tried to use colors actually present on both logos provided for Denver as best as I could. And gray was not one of them, in truth.
The site where I checked the colors to see what they looked like, after using the eyedropper or file names as clues to their color, as needed and desired, had the lightest color being sort of bone-white, a medium reddish-purple, a greenish-black, and two other colors were present. I grabbed the first three colors from the first logo, and the other two from the background and hair on the second logo, more or less. With the shading and all, certain colors may have looked lighter or darker at times, for both the uniforms and the caps. Abaddon didn't work text-wise, so I went with Smorgasbord NF for the font on the uniforms and caps. The font seems all right, but maybe I'll have to go another route later on for Denver. The pinstriped uniforms may need some work, and I don't know if I'll use them any time soon. But at least I have them, which means there will still be more options for Denver if they might want to mix things up periodically with their looks Thank you for your input and all, of course, Eugene. CD out.

Well, Eugene, for example, try these colors out that I used for Denver, based on the colors in the logos. Here are the RGB values and the HEX values of those colors, for you to look at:
(225, 215, 181 RGB / e1d7b5 HEX) (165, 78, 82 RGB / a54e52 HEX) (46, 46, 46 RGB / 2e2e2e HEX) (222, 167, 121 RGB / dea779 HEX) (182, 104, 24 RGB / b66818 HEX) Go here, and you will see what those values yield in terms of results for web colors: https://coolors.co/ Then start the generator. Then where possible, type in the above values just above the color names. Then you should see what those values return in terms of colors. From bottom to top of each column related to each color, even as you mouse over said column, you will see the name of each color as the site calls it, then the HEX code, a lock which can be locked or unlocked as one desires, then adjust (which looks like three sliders) drag (which looks like a double-pointing arrow, and nine tiles in a square that would show alternative shades of the color currently seen in the appropriate column. With the Adjust function, where the sliders are, you can see values in HSB, RGB, CMYK, PICK, and SETS. HSB stands for Hue, Saturation, and Brightness. RGB for Red, Green, Blue. CMYK for Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Key. PICK shows you a bit of color range related to the color seen in the column. While SETS mentions Pantone, Copic, Prismacolor, and name values for the color seen in the column. Once you have a color adjusted to your satisfaction, then note at least the HEX and/or RGB color values for it, so you can use it later, with any software you use to create pictures of any kind. Whether that is with Justafan's software, the online Jersey Maker Eriq Jaffe created, or with applications like MS Paint, for example. The RGB color values will work quite well in Justafan's software when you know them, I'm sure. While the HEX codes are useful in Eriq Jaffe's online jersey and sweater and cap makers, if you know how to use them well enough. If you take any picture file that is compatible with graphics software like MS Paint, you can, for example, use the eyedropper tool, once you've zoomed into a particular area of the picture you have loaded into your graphics program far enough, and set it to reveal the gridlines between pixels in the picture, and use the eyedropper to pick up the color in any then-visible pixel for you at a particular time. Once you have that color picked up, you can go to Edit Colors, and it should kick up a pop-up, and you can see the RGB values of the color you just picked up. If it is a color you'd like to remember later, then note the appropriate RGB values as needed and desired. Then go to the site mentioned above, and you can get the HEX values that match the RGB values you just noted. And then note the resulting values as well, for potential future use with any of your graphics, as you like and can. Here is another site that you may find useful for getting color values from, if you know one set of values, but not the other, in terms of RGB and/or HEX values, at least. Hopefully you will find it useful from time to time, as well: https://www.rgbtohex.net/ Let me know if those sites work for you, please, Eugene. I tried to keep it as simple and as focused as possible, for your convenience and all, of course. CD out.

Do you often use shading, shadows, and textures when you make things? Just curious, that's all, Eugene. CD out.

No, I don't know how to do that using justafan's software... I just use the default settings... EC is a simple person... so I just keep it simple when it comes to technology.... I just learn the basics.

Well, at least think about it, please. If you need help with using shading and all, I'll try to help you learn how to use shading and all. That would help you produce better work, I'm sure. It's not as far beyond your tech skills as you might think, although I can see how you might perhaps see it that way. Besides, if God be with you, who or what can stand against you sufficiently well for a long time, right?
Remember, one can put a thousand to flight, and two ten thousand, given the right circumstances, as the Word says. Just imagine how many enemies or troubles could be set to flight if everyone is in complete unity with the Will and the Word of God. Countless, for sure. Remember, with man, all is impossible, but with God, nothing is. If one follows Him to the best of their abilities, even potential troubles or enemies can't possibly stand long and well against Him and those with Him in this world and/or Universe of His, you know. I'm sure, if the Lord wills it to be possible for you to continue to pleasantly surprise people with the graphics work you do with His leading and inspiration and all, then you certainly will. You've certainly surprised me with at least some of the work you've done in THIS thread, and I'm sure He's helping you with it, as well. Thank you for your help and all so far, since my joining these forums, Eugene. CD out.
