VERSION 1.0 INCLUDES:

• Home and away jerseys for all 24 WHA teams
• Home and away helmets for all 24 WHA teams
• Primary Logos for all 24 WHA teams

So I have decided to redo the WHA as if they still existed today, or more so came back to compete with the NHL. I have decided to keep all locations and names of teams in tact. I eliminated a few of the duplicates (Alberta Oilers vs Edmonton Oilers) and just went with one when necessary. Jerseys will also be done in the adizero as the WHA has signed a contract with them, and even took a shot at the NHL's logo and embraced a similar league logo. Some color schemes may change a bit but the majority of things will remain true to what once was in the groovy 70's baby!

I will have a drop box link once all 24 WHA teams are done, but as I work them I will post the original files if anyone wants to download them as I post em'. I am going in no particular order, just posting as I get ideas for each team!

Worth noting most of these logos are not my workings, some may be, but most are tweaked or used from other applications.

Modern "B" logo in the form of a skate/blade. Using black a tangerine type red and white for the color scheme!

Houston Aeros were named after aerospace that is popular in Texas, especially the Houston area. Instead of the weird hockey player logo they embrace a simple rocket ship in a similar shaped logo!

I went with Hartford because I am not a fan of "region" named teams. I decided to use green and white only, because in their WHA days they never used blue. I decided to post two different designs, one is there NHL design and one is a mash between NHL and original WHA with more modern design. I am happy with how these turned out!

Big fan of those Hartford "V" jerseys. When I start my sims one of the first things I do is change the Hartford Wolf Pack to the Whalers and affiliate them with the Hurricanes so these will definitely be going in.

Similar Quebec set to my NHL Revamp however Quebec adds the dark blue they also used when they first joined the WHA, and uses a more modern striping pattern. This set looks so good in game!
