2023 Blues Cap Question

Online league, first sim of the season has been run. I am over the cap... maybe. I have 2 players on IR.
What number on what screen is my salary cap payroll? I am being told it id the Finances Tab-> Cap Hit number that is the $ amount counting towards the cap.
Is this correct? There are at least 4 different salary amounts I am looking at.

Your current salary is listed on the bottom of the roster screen. Use that for your base. Payroll incorporates everything. As you add or subtract people, adding to the IR, you'll keep better track on your roster screen.
