Can someone help me understand these scouting reports?

I have a player on my team who I just asked to be scouted and he was rated at 3.0/3.0.

On his main player page summary, he's 3.0/3.0.

But on his scouting tab, he is 5.0/5.0.

Am I doing something wrong?

The scouting tab has him listed as an RP and he is currently listed as an SP on his profile page.

Looks like scouting tab is showing the player is a RP and not a starter like on the player page.
