What is the easiest way to create a real MLB league with all fictional players?

I want to create a real MLB league with all teams but with all fictional rosters.

I remember the old way was to create a real MLB league and make everyone free agents then delete them and fill all rosters with fictional. This way though did not fill minor leagues completely and there were issues when players were promoted with no one to replace them.

Any better way to do this?

Select the option to create a fictional league.

On the very first screen the game goes to, look at the menu on right side of screen top.

The very first option should (I'm at work) say something in regards to MLB setup, with all minor leagues. If you select that option, you will get all the real teams, all the real minors, but the game will use all fictional players.
