I've never seen that error message before. What fighters were you looking for? I can list their stats here old school style so you can manually get those updates in your sim.

Have you tried replacing your database with one of the earlier saved databases from a time prior to the error occuring?

help for reggie

Hi, I'll try to help you. First I need to know a couple of things. How many fighters do you currently have in your game? How many men? How many women? How many male heavyweights? Have you tried creating a new universe? Creating a new universe does not affect any universe you currently have on your game. If I know what fighters you are missing i can e-mail them to you. Does anybody out there have a chronology of what fighters have been added to the game and when? When did you last receive any new fighters? Are any of the fighters in your game downloads from this forum? List them if you can or, at least, say something like "all of Bear's tomato cans", etc.

chronology

I repeat: Does anybody out there have a chronology of what fighters have been added to the game since Reggie started having problems?

Thanks to the kindness of Bear, I do have his database up to Jan 12th of this year I can email if that would help you out some?

Been working on doing some consolidating on that, but lordy that's a lot of work...lol Some great stuff in there, including all of his TC's and his movie and book fighters from over the years....

e-mail

I can send you the files themselves so you only have to download them in your game rather than transcribing each of them by hand. Need a date so I can get the list.

Of course if you're downloading the files already you probably don't need my help.

Megaverse

By the way, I'm trying to build a universe where I can store ALL of the fighters. Is there a way to transfer fighters from one universe to another en masse? The game seems to indicate that there is such a way but I've been unable to execute the procedure. Can someone please explain it to me step by step or point me in the right direction on this forum where I can learn the process? Also, is there a way to transfer boxer files en masse from folders into a universe instead of one file at a time? This would save me huge amounts of time. Also, Ive noticed something peculiar when I update my data pool. I don't always get the same number of boxers downloaded in my universes where I download. Close but often a few off. Does anybody know why this happens?

I could provide a more recent back up.

You can select a group of fighter files and move them to the exchange folder and then import them, but if you have multiple files for a fighter you may only get one of them in the exchange folder.

Exchange Folder

I've tried that but I can't seem to find the exchange folder. But there's no big deal right now. I've decided to download the fighters one at a time after all into my megaverse in order to look for omissions and other errors. This will take forever but that's okay. I'd rather have every file done right.

If you open Title Bout Championship Boxing in My Documents you should see the exchange folder.
