Hey everyone!
I’m pretty new to FHM, but I’ve been playing HLM for years now and I’ve made a super deep custom universe roster in that game over the course of a few years and its up to 26 custom leagues with 500 custom teams.
I want to take on the massive task of recreating all of that into FHM for people to enjoy! I’ll be sharing my progress here as I slowly chip away it lol

The whole idea of the NHA (no correlation to the real historic NHA league btw) universe is to create a completely custom hockey world that feels as deep and realistic as real life. I try my best to make sure all the teams and leagues are as accurate to their real life references as possible, but even though I do my research, there's still times where I'll get something wrong - and if you notice please let me know! Sometimes different languages are hard to understand (I'm looking at you Kazakh/Qazaq/қазақша/قازاقشا/Qazaqşa)

As of now, I've reached 26 leagues and around 500 teams. This was pretty much the most I could do with the roster in HLM 24, so shifting to FHM opens up an insane amount of possibilities. Once I create all the teams/leagues' image files and actually create them in-game, I hope to expand this universe with more lower tier leagues for existing nationalities, and adding in tons of new leagues for other nationalities.

Disclaimer: Nearly every logo here has been found somewhere online. Although I make small modifications to them, they are not my own creation!

I used the layer styles from this https://templatefc.com/product/free-patch-maker/
It's got a ton of different stitch pattern/textures that are really great. Just copy and paste the layer style onto whatever layer/group you want to apply the texture

Completed the 32 NHA jerseys! Made some tweaks to a few existing jerseys as well.

Still have to create the helmets - if anyone has any good templates or resources they could share that'd be great! Something with high detail realism preferrably

Moving on to the NMHA teams now, starting with the Miami Snowbirds (probably my favourite team ive made)

lol it is definitely quite ambitious, let's see how it goes haha. I do have someone helping me out with the in-game work for this stuff so hopefully that makes it a bit more realistic lol

thanks!! and yeah for sure. all the logos are saved right now as 500x500 which is way too big for FHM so ill have to go through and resize and resave them all first

also, just want to make sure its clear that I don't actually make almost any of the logos myself lol! they're just logos i find on the internet that i repurpose for some fake hockey teams haha
