I'm late to this party, I recently got OOTP 15 a few months ago and i'm really enjoying it.

I've created my own fictional league here are the details.

Set in 1978, ( Player stats and Salaries) that date was just chosen at random not much meaning behind it.

The league is set in North America

Its called "Professional Baseball League"

24 teams, 2 Sub Leagues, 2 Division per league. playing 124 games.
2 Minor league systems, AAA and AA.

The gimmick of this league is the Canadian content.
Toronto, Monteal, Calgary and Vancouver are in the big leagues. with even more canadian content in the AA league such as Winnipeg, Quebec, Edmonton, Ottawa and Hamilton.

Feeder leagues include:

30 team NCAA division (Real teams and names)
12 Team CIS division ( Canada's equivalent to NCAA, again real schools)
12 Team Highschool League (Based in United States only)

Running along side to the majors is a 11 team Independent Baseball league. Again a little Canadian content with teams in Regina and Mississauga. This is a lower calibre league meant to employ undrafted players or veterans who are unable to sign to PBL contracts.

League has 6 international prospects created per season. The bulk of the players are American born, but a large portion are Canadian. Central and south american born players usually funnel into the league via the CIS or as international prospects.

Those who like a storyline or imagination to their leagues, you can pretend that my league is a great restructuring of multiple leagues, 24 cities were chosen to create the PBL while the rest of the cities were affiliated to PBL clubs and assigned as minor leagues. The Independent teams were those who refused to join or affiliate with the PBL.

I've played out 4 years of this league already, and i am having a blast.
