any tips/suggestions to run with a team that..(Tactic wise)
a team that has the makeup of the colorado avalanche minus Beauchemin and adding Jacob Trouba? I am just trying to fully understand the tactics systems better and it's been something I am seeming to struggle at times to fully understand it seems some tactics with a new game and the same team seem to work some seasons and other times the same one's don't work at all. Is that just because of the randomness when creating a new game? What are your favorite tactics to use generally when playing? Thanks, I am working on a series now (WE got the 2nd episode up last night if you want to check it out) and I am wanting to to get a better understanding for the tactics systems and what best to implement moving forward with the series. Thanks!

Only been playing a couple days but won the division twice and lost in the cup finals to the Oilers back to back years ... what I do is set my lines first - see what I have for players and their overall "makeup" - I had some slick passers so I chose cycling .. and also had a good mix of grinders who had good work ethic so I chose hound.
This 3rd season I am in 3rd struggling a bit - mainly because I have not properly adjusted for some of my offseason changes ... recently I didn't switch my tactic but I changed a couple of player roles to fit better. This is a great great system they have created - it really is a lot of fun. Set your lines then see what the main strength is (passing - cycling, not very talented - then stay in lanes, etc) |
