Minor League Roster Size Limit

I must be losing it. I can't find how to disable the minor league roster size limit. Where is this, if it is there?

Most minor league teams have anywhere from 25-30 players on the rosters anyway, the lower minors there's upto 35 in a lot of cases. Is that what you're trying to do with yours??
