I'd say an online database of sorts would be easy to maintain, and as far as keeping track of defunct leagues... just sort the displayed results by "most recently modified" at the top.

Another easy way to do it is to give the URL of the main results page for each league, and the database/script can also check the last time that page was updated, keeping active leagues all near the top and inactive ones will slide to the bottom.

If anyone has the desire to see this happen who has some webspace, I'd be willing to work on something like this. I'm fairly proficient with MySQL and PHP, which are the exact tools to make this happen.

I'd like to let everyone know that your posts will not go for naught. I will update the file with the updated info.

I also added the email field and added to it any addresses that were listed in the additional comments. I initially did not add the field because I figured that instead of maybe getting discouraged by not getting a reply from an address that may be defunct that it would be best to look for the most recent contact info on a league's website, but that could really go for anything.
