US NHL Players Not Returning from Int'l

USA players with their status marked 'INT' don't seem to be returning for the NHL season (now at the end of October). Player and AI controlled teams are able to use expanded rosters to accommodate the missing players.. but I can't figure out why they're missing?

This problem has happened since installing an update via the App Store. Now running 4.5 Build 66.https://imgur.com/a/tFl10

Shouldn't be happening, there's no tournament in October that I can think of that the US would be playing in. Could you upload the save so we can take a look at it? Instructions here.

Maybe they defected
