International Amateur - No Ratings?

Has anyone seen this?
It just starting happening in the last few weeks of the latest season. I'm using scouts but this seems very odd. It's happening to every new Int Amateur.

What happens when you go into the editor to take a look? I assume there are ratings then? If so perhaps it's just because they haven't been scouted yet.

Ok, I just checked and you're correct. Just don't remember seeing zero ratings, but it make sense.

Yes, this happens with international amateur discoveries by other teams. Your scout didn't discover them, so there is an initial gap where they haven't been scouted yet. They'll get ratings in the next league-wide re-scout.
