PSD16 Openings

Hey everyone,
I am the commish for PSD16. We are currently going into our 2023 season and just finished FA and are looking to fill 4 slots by the start of season, which is next week.

We have several teams open:
Phillies (Home Page)
Cubs (Home Page)
SF (Home Page)
Baltimore (Home Page)

The Cubs have most recently made the playoffs in an incredibly competitive NL Central. Their overall record was 90-72

The Phillies had a rough season in the NL East going 69-93. We have a juggernaut in the east with the Nats going 117-45.

The Giants have a young core who are quite possibly ready to compete with one or two moves. They are also in a competitive division featuring 3 teams with above .537 records.

The Orioles had an interesting season in an incredibly weak AL East. They went 79-83 and have the highest rated Minor League Prospect system by 40 points. (#1 Orioles: 187 pts, #2 Reds: 156 Pts)
