Commissioner wanted, will pay

I am looking to start a fictional super league (48 teams, 2 sub leagues, 4 divisions each)

I have been a commissioner in the past, and I have no intentions of doing it again alone. I would like to have a situation where I am the owner of the league, I will pay ALL of the costs associated with running the league such as the website, the servers, whatever is needed. But I need someone who is very familiar with the technical aspects of running things. Such as OOTP Utilities and getting reports on the website.

As the owner, I will decide the initial structure of the league, a certain portion of the rules and other aspects. However, the online setup of the forums, website, FTP, league reports, OOTP Utilities, day to day simulations and daily responsibilities would be delegated to the commissioner I am looking for.
