2012 CBA rules free agent comp and online league
my league just went through its first season using OOTP13. prior to this season, we had enabled the 2012 FA comp rule changes.
it is now two days after the season has completed. arbitration offers have not yet been made to any players. 100% of potential free agents (PFA) show "No Compensation". this includes legendary players like tart shakunov and a young halfpipe hunanian. prior to OOTP13, and using the old rules, you could see during the season that a guy was going to be eligible for a Type A or Type B. using these new 2012 rules, will their status change once arbitration offers are made to the PFA players? if not, then will they change once they actually receive free agent offers (after having been given an arbitration offer by their original team)? basically what i am asking is: have the new 2012 CBA rules been correctly implemented for online leagues? have other leagues gone back to the old system? i need to decided soon to ward of much gnashing of teeth. thanks in advance, guys. |
