Why? Because without those parameters you are letting OOTP's development engine, which is designed for fictional players and leagues, take over.

If you use these settings, and playing as the manager of one team thru history, don't you have the advantage of trading for a player who will improve in the coming years (looking at his real stats), where the AI is just looking at the player's current stats and ratings?

Spritze, I would like to downlkoad your database for version 11. I'd been playing 12 for a good part of a year and now I've got 11 here on another comp. Awhile back I downloaded your db for 12 on my other comp. but I did not integrate that db into the game because I didn't know how. Now I'd like to try again with 11. Thank you.
