UI annoyance managing inactive list

Not a bug, per se, but an annoying behavior:

In the Roster Management page...
  • If I want to Activate a card (move it from Inactive -> Reserve Roster) I click a button and it happens. Boom, he's on the Reserve Roster.
  • If I want to Deactivate a card (move it from Reserve Roster -> Inactive) I click a button. Then I get a popup asking me if I'm sure. I have to click OK to actually deactivate it. Only then is he on the Inactive list.

Why are these actions not symmetric? Is there some big ramification to deactivating a card that I'm unaware of? I know when you move a player from Active -> Reserve he has to stay 14 days. Is there a likewise restriction for Reserve -> Inactive? If not then please please please get rid of that dialog box.

I opened a bunch of packs over the weekend and this was one of the biggest annoyances.

I won't even get into how frustrating it is that you can't operate on multiple cards at once.
