[4.7.80] In-game tactic counter bug & salary bug

I started a new Challenge Mode game in the SPHL. The AI has been hiring free agents for $0. This is one of 3 or so I've noticed.

The tactic-counter bug is still there: Shero System and Ultraconservative Offense are supposedly countered by the same player roles.

I'll probably need to see the save anyhow to see the exact circumstances, if you can upload that.

Got the file, thanks. The $0 salary thing is strange - the teams aren't in any budget trouble - that can lead to them trying to fill the roster with short-term tryout contracts, but that's not what's happening here. And some of the guys with the $0 contracts were signed at the same time as guys who got normal ones, so it's not happening uniformly. We'll have to investigate some more to figure out what's going on there.

About the tactics, yeah, something's not right there. Trying to identify the scope and source of it now.
