Arm Slot for Pitchers

Saw on one of the screenshots the addition of Pitcher Arm Slot to the game this year. Really curious the effects this is going to have or if it’s just a cosmetic feature?

It has an influence on platoon splits as its main effect. Also gives your players a bit more personality

Sounds like a way to shoehorn switch pitchers in.

Will we be able to sort by arm slot?

Will one be able to set up leagues in which (or will early historical leagues demand that) all pitchers throw underhand?

And is there now a chance that, by about OOTP 25 or so, we'll have softball leagues included?
