Player Development screen idea (for OOTP19)

It would be very useful if the Player Development screen would show up for every team, not only yours.

Of course, it would be showing your scout's impression of the other team's talent level at each position, but it would centralize the information, which would be very helpful for scouting for trades.

You could even put a "disclaimer" if you felt it necessary saying "This represents YOUR scout's impression of this team's prospects and may not correspond with this team's impressions."

Discussion: Think about it from a perspective of working trades. Right now, you have to go to the "Players" tab for the team, select "Listed Players: Entire Organization", and then sort any number of ways just to get a glimpse of potential prospects that could be discussed in trade negotiations. And the whole organization view shows all the ML talent, not just prospects.

You can click on "Minor Leagues", but none of the custom view sets saved to use for the main "all players" screen carry over to the minors view. The Minor League view also doesn't show any players who are still prospects who are currently in the majors. And no view automatically lists the top 3 prospects at each position, either.

In real life, each scout has a report on every team and, at the blink of an eye, can look up the top prospects for each team at each position.

This seems like a minor tweak that would make team research just that much easier.

Please consider adding this ability to OOTP19.

I don't mind them, but they don't seem to be geared to look at all players in the minors and majors in making the recommendation. I'm in a random debut historical league, so we have all-time greats among our teams, and there will be a 2-star player who, in our present time might be a decent contributor at the ML level, but in our league, can't hit .200 because of all the great historical players in the majors, yet he'll have an up arrow recommending he go to the majors.

However, this seems like a more difficult tweak than the one I suggested above.
