Jordan Binnington is currently with the San Diego Gulls. he was up and down with the Blues but played only 2 games in 15/16 for the Blues. He signed as a free agent with the Ducks for the start of the 16/17 season. He has played only 2 NHL games with the Ducks as well and is the starter for the Ducks AHL team.

Mackenzie Blackwood is currently the back-up goalie with the New Jersey Devils. In 22 games he is 12-7-3 with a 2.22 GAA, a .921 SV% and a SO. He played the past 2 seasons in Barrie in the OHL and has yet to play a game in the AHL.

2018 NHL Playoffs Preview

The playoffs are about to get underway and the early betting appears to be on the Edmonton Oilers to come away as the Stanley Cup champions. Captain Jordan Eberle, center Ryan Nugent-Hopkins and center Connor McDavid make them the team to beat.

Their primary obstacle will be Buffalo, led by star center Jack Eichel and winger Zemgus Girgensons.

Pittsburgh, led by captain Sidney Crosby (out 2 more weeks) and winger Evgeni Malkin, also have a legitimate chance at a championship, although they may reguire a little luck to take home the title.

The Edmonton Oilers will open up at home against the Los Angeles Kings. The Oilers were 3-0-2 against the Kings this season.
