When you start a league, I think it might be under advance options, you can weaken/adjust hitters/pitchers below a certain number of at bats and innings pitched. You need to set that very low since negro league players generally played a fraction of the number of games that major league players played.

I was thinking the same thing.

Apparently I have never used this setting as I prefer to make things good in my OOTP universe (and in the real world, when possible.)

Various NEL player have done quite well in my league. Oscar Charleston was named World Series MVP for 1926 and 1927 for my Senators.
