Accurate world default file?
The world default file is really messed up. When multiple countries share the same region name (like Central, for example), the cities are often placed in the wrong country. An extreme example of this is that Uganda is given no cities and so doesn't exist in the game. There are also many cities with no latitude or longitude. I've spent some time trying to fix it myself, but it's ridiculously time consuming. Does anyone know if there's a revamped world default file out there?

I don't think there is an updated world default file yet. People are probably waiting until after the big patch since the original world default may change.
I haven't seen anyone mention they are working on an updated complete file. Personally, I plan on working on the file, but I plan to simplify it by removing countries that have never had players make the majors.
