Card packs disappeared

Last night I had 3 unopened player packs that I planned to open this morning.........unfortunately they aren't there anymore.
Please reimburse me.

If more detailed information is needed...
I purchased 9 regular packs yesterday evening during my Iron league championship series. I immediately opened 6 of them and determined luck was not on my side today so I stopped. This left me with 3 unopened packs which I planned to open in the morning.
Eventually I won the Iron league and earned an additional 3,000 points from end of season awards and playoff accomplishments to which I made a mental note to open 6 packs in the morning.
However, when I awoke, the 3 unopened packs I previously purchased had vanished. I still had the 3000 points I earned but my packs were gone.
Please advise. Thank you.

Hey Gemini,

Missing packs and cards are always handled by the servers by being placed into your inactive roster. That's our way of handling errors and situations where you get disconnected unexpectedly from the servers. If you check your inactive roster there might be some new cards there that you haven't seen before. If your inactive roster is quite large I could look at getting you what each pack was that you opened. That would just take a little time for me to get.

Alex, I monitor my inactive roster quite frequently so I would've noticed an extra 18 cards in there. Something must have gone haywire during the promotion/relegation process making the card packs disappear. Any help you're willing to put into the case of my 3 missing packs is obviously appreciated. Remember though, the packs were unopened and according to the devs the cards aren't generated until they get opened.
