Has Anyone Imported a Save Yet?
I'm always hesitant to import my save until I see others have done so without a problem.

Have done it multiple times (10+) during Beta (not public Beta) and twice today.
It doesn't modify the game your importing from unless you save them to the same location (don't do that) but it never hurts to do a backup of your v19 game first

also hesitant because I play out every game & it's a long time running. would hate to see it get corrupted.
was planning on waiting until the official launch at least. finished that season up & sitting on the first day before the offseason. depending how stable the game is, I might not be able to wait.

Easiest solution is to make a copy of your league in 19 and import that.
If it works, great, you're good to go. If it fails, nothing lost, it's just a copy. And of course, you should always have backups of your league file anyway. Can't emphasize that enough. |

I've imported 2 different saves without a hitch, btw.
Edit - both are heavily customized leagues too, nothing went wrong, everything came over. Last edited by Bluenoser; 03-18-2019 at 09:06 PM. |

I created a fictional league in OOTP 19. It was created with challenge mode enabled, so can I import that? Will it stay in challenge mode in OOTP 20?
Thanks for the help. I have never attempted an import before. |

Imported with no problems. It took 5 minutes at the most, which is a huge improvement over last year.
