I can't speak to the core of what you are asking here: if there has been some change in the game that makes it so that you are unable to access historical logos and such (I play mostly fictional).

But a calmer approach might be more effective. Are you even sure that what you are perceiving is the reality? Perhaps that would be a good place to start. Ask if anyone else is experiencing this and if there is an explanation for why.

When you start throwing around words like Nazi and seem to make broad accusations about political/culture war conspiracies it just makes you sound a bit unhinged and isn't likely to get a constructive response.

So I guess I'm wondering, is what fredbeene is perceiving true and if not can someone perhaps help him figure out how to access these historical logos again? Or if it is true, perhaps a reasonable explanation can be given?

I believe that the default historical logos are controlled by the MLB license.

They can be altered by hand though.

fredbeene, the Nazis never did anything intentionally out of consideration for minorities. So your subject line is not descriptive of your complaint, Besides, I think Godwin's Law applies even though your Nazi reference wasn't the result of topic drift.

Fred, the last several version use default logos for many teams. There are tons of logo packs you can download in the mods forum. here are several Indians logos from Gambo's set. Chief Wahoo can be used for many year as can each of the others. i f you want the rest and can not find this set on here i'll post it on mediafire.
